College Council sends a weekly newsletter of student organization events to our student body. To have your event included, simply make sure it is posted on The Hub as a public event and we will advertise it for you.
Emory University Posting Policy
All Organizations
Emory University’s posting guidelines complement Emory University’s Respect for Open Expression Policy while addressing sustainability, maintenance, and safety guidelines. Note that an individual’s counter-speech may not deface or materially change the meaning of another community member’s previous expression of speech. These policies apply to all individuals and groups of Emory.
Residence Hall Posting Policy
All Organizations
You may post informational flyers as long as you are in compliance with Office of Residence Life Policies. The Office of Residence and Housing must approve all flyers to be posted in residence halls. Bring your flyers to the office (located in Raoul Hall) to be stamped.

RF-chartered organizations are eligible for annual and supplemental funding from College Council. Our Treasurer's page details everything you need to know about funding your organization.
Alumni Association Sponsorship
Chartered Organizations Only
The Emory Alumni Association (EAA) and Office of the President welcomes the opportunity to support programs and events organized by recognized student organizations that seek to enhance the student-to-alumni experience, build pride and tradition, create opportunities for awareness of the University and alumni association mission, and encourage students to become engaged alumni.
Momentum Crowdfunding

Your new organization may need to self-generate money to get off the ground. Momentum is the official crowdfunding platform of Emory University, featuring opportunities to support a range of Emory’s unique and diverse research projects, student initiatives, and campus activities where your gifts of any size can make a tremendous impact.
Late Night at Emory Grant
Chartered Organizations Only
Late Night @ Emory is a co-sponsorship program by University Center Board (UCB) and Emory Dining to promote social activities on Friday and Saturday nights at Emory. To help accomplish this goal, Campus Life offers grant money to student organizations or departments to help provide a variety of funding options to ensure that fun social opportunities are available to Emory students.

Rooms & Reservations

Chartered Organizations Only
University spaces such as the Emory Student Center and classrooms are restricted to chartered organizations and can be reserved via 25Live.
SDL Meeting Spaces
All Organizations
The study rooms in the Woodruff Library or Cox Computer Lab may be reserved on short notice without a charter.
Pitts Theology Library Spaces
All Organizations
The small group study rooms in the Pitts Theology Library may be reserved on short notice without a charter.
Student Activity & Academic Center Spaces
All Organizations
The classrooms and study rooms in the Student Activity & Academic Center may be reserved on short notice without a charter.
